Privacy choices

What you can decide, and how to do it.

In short

The app does not send any personal data to the developer, does not track you and does not use any data for advertising. Full details are in the privacy policy.

Deleting game data

Your careers are saved locally on your device. You can:

No game server, no account and no backup managed by the publisher keeps your careers. A copy may still exist if the app’s data was included in an iCloud or computer backup of your device. That backup depends on your Apple Account and is out of the developer’s reach.

Opting out of ad tracking

The app contains no advertising, no ad network and no advertising identifier (IDFA), and does not use the App Tracking Transparency framework: there is therefore no permission request to refuse.

For reference, your device’s general setting is in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Leaving it off changes nothing in how this game works.

Sale and sharing of data

The publisher does not sell, rent or exchange any personal data. The app’s only technical exchanges are with Apple: the race map background, provided by Apple Maps, and StoreKit, to buy or restore the full game. They are not used for advertising or to track your activity.

Refusing cookies

Neither the app nor this website uses cookies, trackers, pixels or local storage for measurement. No consent banner is therefore shown: there is nothing to consent to.

Making a request

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to contact@jackybejean.app.

Please state the nature of your request; you will receive a reply within one month, as required by the GDPR. Since the app does not send any personal data to the developer, the reply will usually be a written confirmation of that. Your email address and the content of your message are nevertheless processed for as long as needed to reply, under the conditions described in the privacy policy.

If you disagree with how your request was handled, you can contact the CNIL, the French supervisory authority, or the data protection authority of your country.
